Didn't turn up a few times, cited personal issues which we supported them through and then never heard from them again despite numerous emails, phone calls, messages and texts. They disappeared with our key which I am very unhappy about. Have since seen them around so I assume they just lost interest in the business but didn't bother to tell clients they were closing up shop. Shame they were unable to run a solid business because their cleaning standard was one of the best.

I would like to apologise for the lack of communication in regards to finishing up. At the time I was going through some fairly bad domestic issues. Unfortunately my business suffered greatly.
I had called quite a few cleaners and this one sounded quite good. I should have realised when staff showed up late for our initial appointment there would be problems. But sold their service very well, and I was very excited. I booked them for 9am the very next Friday. They did not turn up. It took until that afternoon to finally reach them after numerous calls. They said they thought I had meant the following Friday. Easy mistake to make, I reasoned. We made the appointment for the following Friday.

In my defence :
1. I did arrive on time for your initial appointment and spent 20 minutes trying to get you to answer the door. The neighbour advised me of how to get your attention.
2. I quoted you on a Monday making next Friday the following week.
3. I worked an extra hour to finish your clean with no extra charge.
4. I arranged to make up the missed appt on Good Friday at no extra charge for it being a public holiday, this was not accepted by you.
5. You were contacted via email and I spoke to your husnabd via telephone in regards to future cleans. As I was not able to clean all three of your houses he decided to end our agreement.
I feel that this review is unfair and I beleive that I did my best to make you happy under difficult circumstances.
Thank you so much Fiona for the way you helped me at short notice when i had to move. I can only highly recommend this lady, reliable, extremely thorough and friendly. If anybody is looking for someone to help with the cleaning of their home, I would highly recommend Fiiona, Maid To Order, Wantirna South, Melbourne, Vic.
I would recommend Maid to Order for any cleaning needs use them and you will see what I mean I used them after trying many other cleaners and found them to be pleasant and reliable and the house looked new after a good clean. The bathrooms very shining and had not looked taht good for a long time. The cleaning products used gave the whole house a lovely non chemical smell as soon as I opened the door.
It's hard to find a domestic cleaner that will do a great job consistently. Fionna has been cleaning my home for 12 months now and I would pass on that she is as thorough as can be. I never need to check her work and my husband is even satisfied with the money spent. I would recommend you give Maid to Order a call and you won't be let down again.
