I was hoping that if I went to a small computer store as opposed to one of the majors I would get people that were somewhat more knowledgeable. However it turns out that I was wrong. While they are able to assist you with basic questions regarding computers, as well as the numerous items that they have available, when you get to some of the more complex queries (such as whether it will work with Linux) then all of the sudden they are stumped. Okay, giving credit where credit is due, only geeks like me use Lunix, however I have been caught previously purchasing incompatible items, and if I am going to fork out money for something, I generally want to know that it is going to work. Look, the staff here aren't that bad, and they did help me out when my hard drive crashed, and they can also fix your computer for you (though I generally do that myself), however if you want to know something beyond a Windows environment you may need to go elsewhere.
