Weeks after leaving my details with main office, I received an email from their project manager D.Thornton, requesting all relevant photos and documentation,which I diligently provided after quite an effort.I never heard back from him,despite following up with main office,as well as leaving a message on his mobile.Very disappointing.
I just had a representative from Mainmark come out to my house and assess cracking in the walls. He was extremely professional, honest and informative. He identified the problem to potentially be caused by a cracked water pipe and not subsidence. He took time in explaining the problem and suggested that I contact a plumber instead to fix the pipe.
I have become quite cynical lately in dealing with different trades people but the representative from Mainmark has restored some confidence. Although I haven't used the service, I would confidently recommend the company based on this encounter alone.
