Following our resent visit to Majestic Chinese Restaurant (Aug 2016) I was prompted to write this review. Our first thoughts were its location and its ambience was most acceptable. However, although the food was well cooked and presented in the traditional Chinese way, the portion size of the two meals presented could only be described as small. The average costs of all the meals on Majestic menu was high in comparison with like Bacchus Marsh Restaurants and a $3.70 per head on a wine corkage charge, made the evenings outing not good value for the dollars spent.
Scrumptious! Bought take away from there last night and we could not fault the food in any way! There must be new chefs since those bad reviews as there is no way you could call that food bland! I would eat there every night if I could. The service was fantastic! Fast friendly and incredibly polite. The restaurant was fully booked to the point where they were having to turn people away and there was plenty of staff to cover the tables. I cannot rave about this dining experience enough! Please support the lovely people at Majestic Chinese!
