We booked Majestic Moves after they were recommended to us from friends. After the first phone call I could see why Ryan was referred, he was so easy to deal with and ran through what to expect on moving day as we had two settlements to go through and weren't sure how best to handle it. He made us feel very at ease and the move couldn't have gone any smoother. Our household goods were handled with care and they were more than happy to assemble our beds at the new house so we could rest easy from day one. Booked in with Ryan after he came to my house about 6 weeks before our move. Super nice guy who knows what he is doing. On the move day the guys were 10 minutes early, strong dudes and really friendly. Had a great laugh with them while they worked.
Ryan gave me a fixed price when other companies just gave me hourly rates without even looking at my stuff. Ryan came to my house and told me exactly what I was up for.

Booked move in with Ryan. Then 2 Chinese sub contractors arrived on the day in an unmarked truck. Move went OK but was difficult to communicate with them as one could not speak a word of English. They loaded the Miele washing machine into the truck without putting the stabalising bars in. They had no idea what the bars were for. I would have thought a professional mover would be aware of the purpose of the bars. Apart from that and the communication issue everything else was acceptable
