We decided to use majestic windows because we were impressed with the commercial grade quality of their windows and doors. Service does need to improve a little because if you don't speak to the owner nobody else seems to know what their doing. We ordered our windows and were told 8 weeks for delivery, but somehow 12 weeks later we were still waiting for our windows. You ring to follow up on your order and nobody returns your calls. We finally received delivery of our order which must be paid in full before delivery and of course the window reveals around the doors are split and damaged. When calling them to get some of these reveals replaced because the windows can't be fitted because of the damage, nobody wants to know you and don't return your calls. They've been paid and they're job done, whilst my building is held up yet again with windows that can't be installed until fixed.

We used Majestic on advise from friends, we were initially happy with the service they provided very nice to deal with, price is affordable if putting in all new windows in a new home or renovating. They were very accommodating with timing of installation as well. So far the metal frames are looking ok, some of the rubber seal is already coming away not sure if this is usually the case. However my gripe with there product is the way they have attached the 'winder' on an awning - window frame, they have made a cut in the frame and slotted the 'winder' (not sure of correct term here i will call it the 'winder') into the frame.This would be ok if each cut had been made evenly and precise with the winder sitting perfectly in-between, ours are definitely not cut accurately, they have left large gaps either side of the winder, I fear i will have bugs, spiders and mosquitoes coming in through these spaces left either side of the winder.
