i had a neutral experience with Majors group
They supply good quality icecream machines but your ongoing servicing needs to be through them exclusively.

Bought a Brand New over $20 000 machine, expensive but i thought a reliable brand Made in Italy... broken seal and other minor parts after 1 year, but the problem is, they have only authorised service agent in Australia, which meant: they can charged you whatever price they wanted, take how ever long they wanted to fix the machine... spent over $2000 to fix the "minor faults" (Parts costs less than $80).. then 6 months later...more minor faults..again. Try to contact another local company that can service all other brand of soft served machine for help, they come back to me and said that the Italy manufacturer will not provide service manual & helps in identify the faults & it is more like a "closed door" business between Gelmatic & MajorsGroup to create a non competitive market in Australia! Majors Group Service Department is a complete joke. Beware when spending 10K+ on a unit, because if there is a problem they will take zero responisibility to sort it out. Infact, they wont even return your calls or emails. This standard of service and communication comes from the service staff... all the way to the General Manager.
The brands and equipment are fine.... just not the way they do business.
