I read where describing the company's approach as "holistic". Unfortunately it wasn't the case with me this morning when informed that, all of a sudden, they don't do personal income tax. Despite having been in discussions about the one they were working on for many a month. Which was my fault in the delay. Due to my heavy workload and obligations. They have also completed my tax for many years. And despite being expensive. Had left me satisfied with the outcomes. So. Some transparency please. Not a call where you start discussing additional information required from the bank. And literally mid sentence. You suddenly tell my that Make Cents don't do tax assessments for individuals. Only for company's. Sorry but this isn't holistic. Because it is not true. Also. The people who looked after my tax over the years were good. Francis very good.
