Malaga Day Spa

The way this company handles customer service is appalling. Enquiries and bookings will only be taken by text, with all replies only by text.
I was given a voucher and tried to book in for a Saturday as I work full-time and received the following response:
'We don't open Saturdays for gift vouchers as staff don't want to work those days or after 4pm.
We look forward to relaxing you when you can come in 10am - 4pm Tue Thur Fri'

Their webiste is inaccessible and no mention of this on the voucher, according to online pages and Facebook they are open Monday to Saturday all day and late by appoitment. My follow up messages received very unprofessional and sarcastic responses. I can't see how it makes any difference if you are redeeming a voucher or not, if they are open then you should be able to book in.
I am very unhappy and don't even want to use this service even if I could get in during the limited hours.

The women are EXTREAMLY rude, very sarcastic, very short with you the service is DISGUSTING!!!!!

I tried to make a booking the woman was VERY rude when i asked for her name she refused to give it to me then HUNG UP ON ME!!!!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have wver experienced!!!!!!! Most disgusting woman i have spoken with utterly RUDE did not want to help at all at clearly did not care about business.......... if this is the lack of care when trying to make a booking imagin the lack of care during a spa session!!!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE DONT WASTE UR MONEY!!!!!

Awesome day spa with beautiful rooms and excellent staff. wouldn't hesitiate to recommend it

I came in to have a remedial massage and jenny was my therapist and she was wonderful and VERY professional!!!! And the massage jenny gave me helped my lower back problems and I feel great!!! Thank you sooooooo much Malaga Dayspa and the nice staff. Ohhhh yeah the dayspa room was very luxurious and big and very comfortable massage bed.
