very unhappy with Malaysian airlines, i have been trying for 12months to finalise a dissagrrement with them. they lost our luggage for the whole trip costing us double what they offered, i since have sent emails and no reply. i have recently tried to call when i can and its engaged.. go figure all this hassle for just over $900 coin costs we had (not including the inconvenience travelling with disabled or stress..very annoyed..
