Interesting.... doesnt mention extenuating circumstances such as inclement weather, design issues and changes, extra works with above and beyond materials usage and continual free callbacks for design issues that maybe the architect could be held accountable, (but never are because the builders have to take the rap for everything). Also doe not mention the superior standard dwelling he is left with, for the rest of their time. As usual, they would prefer the builder to go bankrup to provide them with their beachfront holiday house, to be used twice a year.

We were very busy at the time, and didnt want to do it, but agreed on certain project management terms, which now seem obviously unsuitable. Sending me this review direct would have been preferable to finding on the internet through friends.

At the end of the day, you get what you pay for, which you did, and one day you will realise this!
