Mali Hair Spa - Hairdressers Richmond

Last week I had an unfortunate incident with the wrong silver shampoo. I mistakenly used a violet instead which turned my hair purple. I rang Mali Hair in a desperate panic first thing Saturday morning - Anzac Day- hoping that someone could help. Lisa answered and even though it was a public holiday, she said for me to come in and she will fix it. I spent close to 5 hours there. Lisa could have chosen the quick fix and chemically stripped my hair, but because she cares about all clients and their hair, we washed it and washed it until it came out.
I cannot recommend Mali Hair highly enough. I have been going there for over two years. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and know their stuff. I recommend them to all my friends.

I was referred by a friend almost 2years ago and have never looked back.Im now a regular client and I can honestly say no other salon compares.

I absolutely love Mali Hair Spa. I travel a long way just to have Rachael color my hair. My entire extended family and many of my friends also go to Mali and see Rachael. I won't let any other hair salon touch my hair. I have very fine hair and Rachael takes care of its condition whilst also keeping it blonde despite my naturally darker color.



I can honestly say you would struggle to find a better colorist/ hair stylist in Victoria. Rachael along with Martha, Lisa, Mitch and co are the very best!
