I recently purchased 2 Mambo coffee and tee paddle boarding experiences. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The staff member was extremely rude, arrogant and condescending.
The experience was booked in at 1 o'clock. My partner and I waited for 30 mins to receive our paddle board (it was now 1:30). We then paddled out and were out for 10 mins when told that we must go back onto the shore by the lifeguards as there has been a shark siting in the area. I proceeded into the store to ask if there is anything they could do, as we had our experience cut short (after we waited until 1:30 for the board, and tad to come back ashore at 1:40).
