Rowena spent 3 years in her client's shoes and knew what they wanted.
Mammoth was built with no funding, but organically through word of mouth referrals and strong client relationships. Rowena strongly believes in the value of good customer service and honouring her word when committing to deadlines. With over 15 years combined experience, our team is here to work with you.
The company is split into 3 divisions: Promotional Products, Managed Merchandise Deals, and an Online Ecommerce Store Builder www.BigWoolly.com for fashion designers, wineries, jewellery makers, bands to sell their goods online. It's an affordable shop builder that is completely self managed and bolts on to your website. DIY packages start from $9.95 per month. In July 2010 Mammoth will launch its custom designed software for our own Merchandise Online Reporting system for our clients that want 24/7 access to their sales reports and running P&L.

Daniel A. & team were not only an absolute pleasure to deal with, but they also offered a uniquely creative marketing mindset that set us apart from the rest of our industry. We used Mammoth primarily for printing and disribution, on coffee cups, flyers, you name it. The team was very prompt to reply, and even helped organize a refund for payment that we left unusued - which frankly, we were sad to not spend, but very happy to receive back. Would certainly recommend (particularly for the 'street ninja' side of the business).
Have used Mammoth twice now to print merchandise for our studio. The first time we got a small run of tees and dealt with Kate, who was excellent. She was friendly and communicative throughout the whole process, and the tees came out looking great.
The second time, we dealt with Rowena, the Managing Director. We bought a lot more merchandise this time, as we were confident that Mammoth would do a good job again. Unfortunately that was not the case. They changed small details on our garment design which were not noticeable on the mock ups but very obvious on the final garments. Bought a product through their site which was promised to be dispatched within 3-5 days. Two weeks later, Australia Post notifies me it still has only received shipping info, no package. I can understand mistakes happen, but when I followed up by e-mailing Mammoth Merchandise, they have not responded to me in 5 days. On the website they promise 48 hour max time until response. This is not true. Still without package. Very disappointing, I think I may have lost my money.
