It was a Saturday evening and we were exhausted having just travelled 9 hrs from SA. Our Hotel suggested this Chinese Restaurant. We were impressed! Having ordered takeaway at the counter our meals took about 10 mins. (our local takes 1 hour on a Sat night!) When we opened our food we were amazed at the size of the portions. We ordered for two but the potion sizes would've easily fed four. Great value for money and great tasting Chinese!
Not only does this Chinese Restaurant deliver a killer Yum Cha but it has opened my eyes to the mysterious world of the "Lucky Dip Beer". Not sure if you should hit up the casino or go to Yum Cha this weekend? Well the crisis that many Australians face each week can now be adverted thanks to the management team at the Mandarin Court Chinese Restaurant. The Lucky Dip Beer has brought me HUGE savings, I kid you not I managed to pick up an Asahi Beer for only $5.50, a massive saving of $1.50. Not to mention the endless mystery of which exotic beer you may be given. This experience I enjoyed over the weekend has been life changing, I now wrap everything up in newspaper and play a constant game of Lucky Dip for example try wrapping up you deodorant and bug spray cans or your shampoo and conditioner bottles and the good times will roll forever...
