Anyone can obtain your business our policy is to retain your business, Sales and Service. As a family business, Lou Van Daele opened Mandurah Holden in October 1993, with a total of 5 staff.
Today, we have over 45 staff. We acquired the current showroom site in early 2006 this allowed better access for our customers, including more customer parking and larger new and used vehicle display areas. In September 2012 we started construction of our new state of the art showroom's and workshop. We moved into these new premises in July 2013. With our grand opening in October 2013. This momentous occasion also coincided with our 20th birthday.
Our new Showrooms and workshop facilities have allowed us to have a lot more New and Used cars on Display as well as a lot more convenient parking for both sales and service. Our customer waiting area is still a great place to sit and relax while your car is being serviced with a TV, Kids Toys, Free Wifi and refreshments always available.
At Mandurah Holden, we offer the service you expect from a family owned company, with our main focus being you, our customer. This allows us to create long term relationships. If you have any questions about Mandurah Holden, or anything you wish to discuss, please feel free to contact me directly. Disgusting Service!!!Absolutely useless and quite frankly, disgusting customer service. Husband and I attended Mandurah Holden this afternoon, with pre-approval already obtained to purchase a vehicle. Despite this, and the fact that we attended at 5.15pm - the salesman in the yard refused to show us the car (or even discuss a sale), due to "the bollards already being up and we leave at 5.30pm".Husband and I even explained that we both work full time up in North Perth (takes over an hour, in peak hour traffic, to get to Mandurah). Holden Mandurah just lost a guaranteed sale! Fools!
