WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced.
I was told movers would would be with me between 1030-1200. I called in at 1130 because I hadn't heard anything from them, and found out movers were going to be 2hrs late. Obviously peeved, I complained to Rick, who is supposedly a manager. Rick spoke over me while I asked what my options were. He then cancelled my job because he didn't know what else to do, and hung up the phone. At this point I was furious, but needed to get the job done as it was my last day at this property.
