This place is ridiculous!!! Cancelled my appointment hours beforehand when it had beef booked in for weeks!!!! Will never go back!!

I bought the Groupon, then had a look online at the reviews. I was really nervous about the cancellation of appointments that this company seemed known for, as I was getting my hair done for my sister's wedding. I made my appointment weeks in advance, but sure enough, they called on the day and left a message to cancel my appointment. They said they couldn't reschedule an appointment for me until a week later- after the wedding. I'm gutted and have learnt my lesson about reading the reviews after purchase. Dodgy, unprofessional and uncaring. Go elsewhere!!

I made an appointment weeks in advance and literally 2 hours before my appointment I received a phone call from an extremely rude lady that doesn't even say where she is calling from and tells me that my appointment is cancelled. When I ask her for more details she tells me and I quote "because people like you keep changing their appointment times we have to cancel yours". I told her I had no idea what she was talking about as I have NEVER changed my appointment time with them at which time she cut me off and said "do you want to reschedule or not?". I tried to explain that I had taken the day off work especially for my appointment and couldn't rearrange and again she just cut me off and told me bad luck I had no choice! I have NEVER recieved worst service in my life and they completely let me down at the last minute with NO apology whatsoever!

Poor customer satisfaction & did not receive a high quality standard as promised on the website. Unless if the manager thinks you're worth to keep.#reviewtowin

Don't mind the drive to Runaway Bay to get my hair done at Mane Hairdressing. Wouldn't go anywhere else, great service. Thanks!
