I had such a horrible experience at this salon. Although the young girl doing my nails was lovely and did a great job, there was another girl cleaning and spilled water with what I can only assume some alcohol cleaning product on my leather jacket and completely ruined it. These things happen unfortunately but what was awful and incredibly disappointing was the reaction of the manager ( or owner?) who assumed I was lying and said - she didn't see anything - where it wAs obvious that my jacket was wet with stains with whatever substance was being used to clean the floor. This older Asian woman, who at the time was getting pedicure and had her head stuck to her phone; had the audacity to persist with her accusation and refused to even contemplate that it could be their fault. Did I get an apology - of course not. Horrible horrible woman!!
I can't rave about this place enough! I've been getting shellac for a year now, and get it done every two weeks. This is the best place I've been too. My nails look amazing, the staff are super friendly and accommodating and it is extremely clean. I'll be going here from now on.
