Wonderful people, great attitudes and service and lovely space.
However, booked a remedial massage to alleviate shoulder, neck and upper back stress, and explained this clearly to the masseuse prior to the start. The masseuse spent more than half the time massaging my legs, and didn't have touch my arms, hands, or feet or head. Unfortunately this meant the treatment had no value and I would recommend a different spa. Sorry, just no good.
Forgive me for being too over the top, but in my whole life I have been dreaming of a beautiful and modern, conveniently located massage place with high quality and professional service and it all came true the moment I stepped into Mankind.

I have been to Mankind Sydney many, many times. The staff and treatments were above my expectation. The staff is very friendly and caring, the treatment rooms are very relaxing and, above all, one leaves Mankind feeling great and energised. I highly recommend Mankind.
I can't comment on the quality of the spa treatments as I ended up not having one due to the appalling customer service experience I'm about to describe!!

I do understand your disappointment at not receiving your treatment, but I think a right of reply is warranted in this instance.
We didn't make any fuss when you asked to come in on an expired gift voucher as is normal at Mankind. We also didn't make a fuss when you said you would be here 15mins late, stating that we would get you straight in as soon as you got to Mankind. ...read more
Have had a few treatments here in the past including my most recent experience a deluxe facial. Even though it is situated on busy crown street, once your inside you would never know. I love how they use dermalogica which i believe are fantastic products, during the whole experience they never tried to sell me anything, the just let me know at the beginning what they were using. The whole process was very relaxing and i left feeling good. Pretty well priced too i will certainly be back
