My husband, son and self have seen Dr Tim for years and found him to be extremely accurate in his diagnosis, he conducts himself in a truely professional manner at all times and offers helpful and informative advice relevant to every medical condition. The staff and Dr Tim are polite and friendly and somehow always manage to fit one in if needed and all " go the extra mile" including the friendly and knowledgeable nurses and reception staff.

I still attend this clinic because I don't know that any other doctor in this area would be any different or their staff...I am new to this country (Nz)..I am a diabetic..I missed three (3) appointments..I did not attend the 1st one as I did not realise an appt had been made for me (staff said to me I made the appt how could I not know...I replied I did not make this appt...omg staff quite unmistakingly and quite aggressively more or less accused me of being at fault, incorrect... the 2nd appt I postponed as I was not in the country...the 3rd appt I missed as I am the babysitter for my grandson so his parents can work and he was very ill that day...I explained each situation to the staff. staff stated that I have wasted their time and their money and other persons could have had these appts...I responded by stating that I do realise that time and money is precious and that I did not waste these appt times intentionally with malice...and staff kept going ..so with that I stated u ...read more
