The staff were nice enough but I still had a pretty bad experience; I made an appointment by phone for a bikini wax, arrived the morning of my appointment and the lady said I had been booked for eyebrow wax.
The wax used was horrible, really thick and the lady spread it over my bikini area all in one go, pulling at all the hairs in the process. Then when it came to removing the wax and hair there was no consideration for the pain it caused, she just kept at it without a break - so painful!
When the waxing was done she patted the area down with a soggy tissue which she then screwed up and wedged in between my legs, apparently to calm the skin down, and left the room to take a phone call for 5 minutes. ...read more
