Excellent service, on time, modern clean air conditioned vehicle. The driver was very polite and helpful. Excellent value, we definitely recommend this transfer service

I paid for shuttle services from Manly Express. I received a confirmation. Then, they contacted me and requested more money for the services I had already paid for, stating, "We have an updated website too under the new booking prices. It was all updated last month with all the price changes and adjustments. As our old website is from 10yrs ago." Since I had already paid and received confirmation, I did not wish to pay them more money than we had previously agreed to. So I requested a refund. They will not respond to me nor will they provide a refund. This is not an honest business, and I strongly advise all of you to avoid Manly Express.

Arrived from drought stricken north west to a cold rainy blustery Sydney . It was so good to be picked up next to the carousel where my 2 suitcases landed and the driver helped wheel one to our transport . Communication was excellent from Manly Express Airport Shuttle . Although I had to wait a short while, I was kept informed of driver’s whereabouts . Excellent driving skills in rainy weather. Driver carried my suitcases up the steps at my destination which was a huge help. Will use again.

Put it this way, if your plane is late they leave you. Contacted the office had no idea the driver left, said he would organise someone else. Horrible customer service, would not recommend.

We have booked through Manly Express for our guests who stay with us and each experience is always the same. A set time is confirmed and on the day (usually very short notice) we recieve a text message to say that they will either be late (usually 30 mins) or early (usually 30 mins - 1 hour). They have NEVER come at the time agreed and expect the guest to change their plans to suit their pick up schdule. I would not recommend this company - we have since stopped using them. The other negative comments on this page are not suprising to me.
