I've now had 3 sessions at Manly Massage for treatment of acute shoulder injury. In that time I'm glad to say that they're nearly back to 100%.
Liam has managed to achieve in 3 sessions what my previous guy couldn't do in over 3 months. He's concentrating on fixing my "tennis elbow" and I have no doubt he will sort that out for me as well.
One of the things that really helps injury rehab is self treatment and Liam spends the time to teach me what I need to do aid recovery in between our sessions.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Manly Massage to friends or family if they needed it.
