Would give less stars if possible! Miss lead about “warranty” on our package until after paying. Their spray did nothing and our cockroaches didn’t even lesson. Horrible company would not recommend!
Hi Mackenzie, I would love for you to contact us to give us more information as I can't find a record of you in our system. The standard warranty we have here for a cockroach treatment is 6 months, however you need to wait 4-6 weeks for all the eggs to hatch. Feel free to contact me to discuss further - Ritchie
We used them to deal with our infestation of cockroaches in our apartment. After 1 week we noticed a increased activity of cockroaches and after two 2 weeks it was apparent that something was not right. We contacted manly Warringah pest control to ask for advice and we were met with nothing but excuses and obscure information. I retorted to speaking in simple language "if we have cockroaches running across our kitchen benches, and we can’t use spray - what do we do?". Turns out we let them run across the bench and she hung up. Phenomenal service - thanks for nothing manly Warringah pest control...
Hi Mike. Thankyou for taking the time to write a review. Our policy, as was explained to your wife on the day and via telephone, that you had to wait 4-6 weeks after treatment for the eggs to hatch. If after this time you still had an infestation then we would come back and re-treat. I'm sorry you were not happy with this however it is fairly standard across the industry. Thank you
Terrible customer service. The office manager hung up on me after I asked her advice on personally spraying cockaraches one week after their treatment. She was extremely rude and not helpful.
