I'm not sure why some pople on here have rated the hospital so poorly. The staff and carers are extremely professional, offering a welcoming and courteous attitude to its patients and visitors (in my case). The location is also great, having a decent view and being in close proximity to the wharf. My only complaint would be the parking, which even on a good day is pretty limited.
It is disgracful that this rehab/palliative hospital is still open during major renovations. There is continual jack hammers and building noise. My fathers room vibrated from the constant building work...the noise was unbearable. The renovations started more than a year ago and will go on for another 12 months. DO NOT GO HERE!! It should not be allowed to admit patients while building works are in progress
On the contrary, we had a wonderful experience at Manly Waters Private Hospital.
The nurses are truly angels.
What they did for my mother and our family, we can never repay.
Well done to every one on the staff.
