Over ten years of seeing my children and us never being late to a appointment. I missed a appointment due to a emergency call out and then was late to next one by 30 min due to a crane lift in the city. I was told don't bother coming in he won't see my children anymore. I had offered to pay for missed appointment and he said no. So he knew it will take me a few months to get kids to another dr and they didn't have their medication but he didn't care.. After over ten year I find that disgusting and feel he doesn't really care about the children's well being at all. Unprofessional and quite frankly nasty..
My partner and son had a 25 minute long appointment and I am outraged by the way the doctor treated my family. Not only made both of them feel very uncomfortable, the doctor spent a VERY short time speaking with our son and threw out the worlds most common diagnosis after speaking with our son for approx. 20 minutes. The doctor was rude and even tried to tell my partner that our son would most certainly be a drug abuser if he didn't get him on medication
After a terrible appointment and great disappointment, this place had the audacity to charge $350 for an appointment less than 30 minutes.
We are shocked and will not be returning
