Manny's online orders need to improve , they dont honor and respect thier customers, When a long term customer tells them parts are missing from a online order. Paid $600 for a Jackson Guitar, tremolo bar and allen key set missing!
Take to long to respond, and dont really help or listen when one has a problem with a order..just excuses. How hard is it just to send me a tremolo bar and and allen key set worth close to nothing!
Sales staff really have to make sure when a order is packed , all parts must be in the box before its shipped. Should have a check list.
Seems like Manny's are happy to take your money, but not help with problems when you contact them.
Im mean how hard is it to check if a tremolo bar and allen key set is in the box before shippent.
Maybe some of the sales staff need more training?
Pretty shameful for a big Music store like manny's!
I will be shopping somewhere else in future...
I've purchased recording equipment (Pro-Tools 8, 10, & 11), a P.A. (Yamaha) and microphones (M-Audio and Shure) etc, software (Garritan P. O. & Kontakt) and all manner of accessories over a five-year period and never had anything but the very best service from knowledgeable staff, as well as good personal advice. Two of their staffers have even visited my studio to assist me. Couldn't wish for better. LenO
inefficient, rude, disinterested staff. Firstly, the staff on the counter cannot answer any questions about the music school.Secondly, the management running the music school is difficult to get a hold of and takes weeks to return calls and emails. Thirdly, management running music school forgets to book a teacher when we do eventually get a time slot. Fourthly, teacher (who we get to speak to on the phone, eventually) tells us we are too stressed and hangs up on us. These people clearly don't want our hard earned money.
Bought a mixer from a sales staff who was interested in helping me with a good deal and educating me with basics. Upon returning about a concern I had with the mixer (possible fault), the worker who took the mixer into the back of the store was mishandling it, bumping it into walls, etc. Upon coming back to look for something else, I was talking to one of the staff when the management, came along and took over the conversation, telling me what I am looking for doesn't exist. When telling them why I wish to get this product, they gave me a whole bunch of made up reasons why I was wrong and I should not get this product. Not only was they not wanting to sell me anything at all, but this was actually the rudest encounter in my life, although I was calm and just asking questions.
