Staff are always friendly when I visit the store. They have always offered to order anything in if they don't have it in stock.
The place can get pretty busy sometimes, people need to remember that the staff are human and doing the best they can.

These reviews are from years ago. Since moving to Wyndham Vale a few months ago we have not had an issue with this chemist. They are very friendly. In fact. They ordered in medication for us when 3 other chemists didn't even offer to do so.

Seriously need to work on there customer service , Not the most friendliest chemist I have been too .

If you don't work well with people. DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They are rude and arrogant! this has occur on many occasions! due to that, we will happily drive to any other pharmacy and the sad thing is, we only live 2 mins away from them.
