Mantis MMA is a modern day Mixed Martial Arts Academy that has traditional values and modern day innovation. Learn modern day combat sports or traditional martial arts like Praying Mantis Kung Fu, BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), Muay Thai & Boxing.

For kids we have 2 specialised programmes with the first one being called Junior - Mantis MMA which introduces children (around 8 to 12 years of age) into all the different martial arts available at Mantis MMA and has a grading system.

For the very young ones we also have the Junior - Defenda Tag Club which teaches kids from the ages of 5 to 8 how to defend themselves through games and utilises the revolutionary Defenda Tag competition / game / training system. ...read more
