Horrible!! Their facials are pathetic! The brochure looks so cool! I shelled out $55 for a deep cleanse and the lady was so unprofessional and under skilled! The scrub felt like oil! Massage was non existent! Waste of money! My first and the last!
I could not agree more! $55 for someone to slap lotions on your face, while water runs down your neck and back is ridiculous. The girl was clearly bored and lacked the required skills to perform the job. The treatment was suppose to be relaxing and clear your skin. However, in reality you lie there whilst you feel like you are troubling the "beautician" because you booked an appointment. Absolutely first and last time I would book a facial treatment with Mantra.
This salon was the best salon I've been to yet , the therapists were lovely and very professional . Catered to my every need even tho I didn't make an appointment . Prices are affordable , would recommend everyone and anyone to go to this Salon . Best salon in blacktown !
