Mantra Sun City

We booked and payed for this hotel in full before payment was even due, my wife went into labour at 26 wks into her pregnancy that same night, clearly we were not able to go away anymore ( as travel dates were 3 weeks time) yet the hotel refused to refund our money or part of it even though payment was made just hours before. Really unreasonable hotel. DO NOT ever pay in full before the due date. ( the room cost us $600 per night for 6 days stay)

most of the rooms are outdated and some of the staff are rude other then that great views pretty big rooms and good breakfast and facilities

I just stayed at Mantra with my partner for a week and while our experience at this hotel was anything but unpleasant it was definately nothing to get too excited about.

For a 4.5 star hotel we really didn't feel that comfortable in the room, the furniture and decor was very typical hotel and we were suprised that our friends who were staying at a lower star place down the road seemed to have a nicer couch and ...read more

Unlike the other reviewer, this was one if the worst hotels I've stayed at. The Bed was terrible, the gold coast hwy noisey, the TV had no reception and the breakfast was - well we didn't even eat it and went to a local cafe instead although pre paying for the Hotel Breakfast. Strongly recommend staying at one of the other hotels available on the gold coast....

this is the best hotel i have ever stayed at nothing was ever a trouble for the staff the buffet breakfast was cheap and devine. will stay there again for sure.
