Marais is a beautiful store that have beautiful clothes. Their prices are better than other places that stock similar clothes and the staff are very friendly, I mainly shop here because it is such a fantastic store, a definite must-see

Bought a long-sleeve shirt here on sale, though it still cost a few hundred dollars. When I put it on to wear that night and started rolling up the sleeves both sleeves ripped, leaving gaping holes. I rang the store to complain and they said to take it in to show them, and when I did they explained there was no exhange or refund on sale items and nothing they could do.
I know it's not their fault the shirt ripped and I understand their sales policy, but I certainly won't be coming back knowing how poor the quality of this particular (very expensive) garment was. What made it worse was that I'd wanted to buy something from this beautiful shop for years and this was the first time I had. Sigh.
