I recently used this Marando to sell the family home in Fairfield East. Without going into detail initially I found Marando Real Estate helpful and co-operative. They started very pleasant but soon became quite hostile, manipluative and threatening to the point of swearing at me over the phone and encouraging the buyer the try and take legal action over nothing.
Did Marando get us additional money above the quoted amount? Yes they did but in the current market could another Real Estate acheived the same result, I think so. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using this company to be very careful and where possible avoid them. Personally I would not recommend Marando to any friends selling and would not use this company again.
As expected not all details have been revealed. This vendor neglected to mention that he left furniture in the house & a massive pile of rubbish in the yard prior to settlement. Even though the property was left in unsatisfactory condition we liaised with all parties to ensure that settlement went ahead.
