Maranello's Concord

We came here for a work lunch recently and to be honest, the pizza I was told was fresh and edible. Because I didn't eat any I can't really say.

I went against the grain and ordered a risotto which was meant to be Risotto Pollo - creamy mushroom with chicken. The taste was missing. I kept adding salt but all that did was make me thirsty and it still didn't taste that good. Even with lots of chilli, it didn't work.

Another workmate got the Ossobucco beef after I told him what ossobucco actually was. He said that it was good. The meat melted on his fork so I can only assume that it tasted good too.

Overall? It's a pricey endeavour for so so food. Maybe their pizzas are the things to stick to?

the first time i went to this restaurant it was delicious. i feel it has really declined over last year. i ordered a risotto last time i visited and it was too creamy and had absolutely no taste, i had to add so much salt and cheese to make it taste better. the pizza is fairly good here though.

I definitely would not recommend this restaurant.
Ordered a veal boscaola and got a different meal .
Sent it back and this time they got half of what I ordered right.
The cream had absolutely no discernable flavour (cream out of a bottle heated up and served) which is a shame as the other ingredients were quite nice.
Ordered a creme broulette waited 40 mins cancelled this and promply left.

I have only been to Maranello's in Concord once and probably wont try it again. Pizza was okay, not the best, the dough was a bit raw. They do however have a very large selection of pizzas which was good. I found it a bit expensive for what it was.

Amazing food and service. We go with our children here practically every 3 to 4 weeks. Very tasty dishes and our kids love their pizzas. Would recommend to anybody
