We aim at providing our customer with a positive and unforgettable experience in terms of quality.We translate documents (NAATI accredited, stamp, certification, and signature) of any sort for the couple (Portuguese <-> English).
We also interpret conversations through Skype (24 hours a day, book in advance (24 hours)).
We collect the document through the Internet (e-mail) together with a proof of payment (CMBA, 063014, 10139100, Marcia R. Pinheiro).
We deliver via fax or Express Post inside of Australia.
If the client does not need us to stamp and sign, we can deliver the document via Internet too.
We start working for the client when we send them a note confirming that we have received and accepted their assignment.
Turnaround is at most three days at the moment for simple documents.
A page is a text of at most 250 words.
We charge per page.
AU$ 100 per page of original document plus AU$ 10 for the delivery (Express Post or fax, up to 3 pages).
The price per word is AU$ 0.40.
Discounts may be given for good amounts of work (5 pages and up).

I got my documents by the time she promised and they were beautiful to be seen and well kept in the Express Post envelope (there was a plastic envelope protecting them).
I had worked with another translator in the past and gave me a hard time, calling me several times to confirm the contents of the document they have in their hands. This one did not annoy me not even once. I am really pleased with all.
