Stay Away..... Bad Customer Service, Very rude and Unprofessional....If I could I would give them negative star rating. Worst experience ever.

Worst experience with service in Australia !!! An arrogant locksmith who at first praises how many keys he has made so that he can not then unscrew one screw and claims he can not do it. So I had to screw this screw myself, moreover he did not have the right keys on him and fortunately I had the right set of keys. At the end I noticed that he had not screwed one bolt from the inside module, for which I heard a comment "do not worry about it Brother" !!! I ask everyone to avoid this locksmith and I believe that thanks to the power of the internet no one else will have such a bad experience.

What an awful experience! I have never lost my car keys and was quite distressed at the time about my situation. To then only call the first company listed on google (what a shame!) to be answered by a young gentleman who was extremely rude. My keys were lost at a family gathering, so it seemed fitting to call around a little more to make sure that no one else had my keys. When I had said, "Ok, I think I might call around -" the employee interrupted me and sarcastically answered, "yea ok - do that! Real nice." He actually went on a bit of a tangent to which I finished by terminating the call. He wasn't helpful, the price was definitely not reasonable considering that with this company, you should not be paying for customer service.
