Snappy designs at affordable prices. But the service is sloppy and inaccurate in my opinion. Bought two pairs of shoes, then discovered one pair ended up in the box with odd sizes. Partner returned to the store to try and rectify, and was refused permission to look for the mismatched missing shoe. Phone conversations went through from supervisor to owner, shoe was located and put aside but then not given to partner when he returned. Promises were made that the shoe would be mailed out, but several phone calls and two weeks later I'm still waiting. Staff seem fairly unconcerned.
