I had used this removalist approx 8 months ago and although they were 45mins late, I was quite happy with their service 8 months ago. So I rebooked the same removalists for a further move last week, speaking to them direct (approx 2 weeks beforehand) and confirmed my booking via text message 2 days before the move. On the day of moving, the removalists did not come, the contact mobile phone was switched off and to date we have not received a return call nor apology. I sent a text message requesting urgent reply. We had to move our home contents ourselves as we were unable to find a replacement removalist at such short notice and had to be out that day. Terrible and inefficient way to run a business. Would not recommend them at all.
