Worst haircut ever - I wanted short and neat, got straggly - got a proper hairdresser to sort it out

Prices are fantastic. The hairdresser worked past her shift to fit me in as I had a wedding on and called at last minute. Really happy with service and loved the cut & colours.

I went to get my hair coloured a very light brown with blonde highlights. I specifically said I didn't want to make my hair dark, because I'm pale. I walked out of there with BLACK hair, which was VIBRANT RED at the roots. Every hairdresser I have been to to ask if they can fix it said that my hair looked PURPLE when the light shone on it. I wouldn't go back here if it was the last hairdresser on the planet - I would rather go bald.



If I could give less than half a star I would - HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST!!!
