Classic macarons are made from 2 round meringues tight together by a ganache filling.
They have an egg shell like crust that gives the crisp on the outside, and are smooth and soft on the inside.
Marie Clement French macarons come in 12 different flavors:
- 6 creamy (Chocolate, Coconut, Coffee, Nougat, Pistachio & Vanilla)
- 6 fruity (Blueberry, Lemon, Lime, Lychee, Mango & Raspberry)
This flavors can be mixed together for a greater variety.
