Marina Medi Centre

I just returned from getting my daughters 12 month vaccinations at this clinic. I was brought to tears at their unprofessionalism at dealing with an infant. Apart from the fact that I was made to wait an hour (quite difficult to keep a 1 year old occupied for this long), they did not prepare one of the three needles correctly so when they inserted it into her leg the syringe came away from the needle, squirting the vaccine everywhere. It was not known whether any entered my daughters system so now I'm left with the unknowing of whether my child is vaccinated or not. Plus my poor little things leg is extra sore from where the needle slipped. Pretty important thing to stuff up I feel, I will never go to this medical centre again and I will always tell people NOT to go there either. Very disappointed!

I would give no stars if it were possible.
