Waited to be acknowledged by the two receptionists, one with her head down the other on the phone. The one on the phone asks me if I have an appointment. I did have an appointment which seemed to make little difference to the wait of an hour and a half to see the doctor.
Raving doctor, no wonder he was that far behind schedule.
The waiting room looks like it needs a dam good clean and the furniture is dated.
All in all, with the rude receptionists and poor service, you would not grace this place with your presence unless it was an absolute emergency & nothing else was open.
I wont be going back. After waiting for 40 minutes I was finally seen by the Doctor for 5 minutes. They paid no attention to what I told them, would not send me for basic blood tests and based his diagnosis on those 5 minutes. What he diagnosed me with cannot be diagnosed within 5 minutes and without proper tests. He wrote a prescription for a powerful and addictive drug for depression and anxiety which I do not have. I was advised to try it and see how I go for a week.
When I first arrived at the clinic the reception staff were kind and friendly. I waited over an hour and 20 minutes for a Dr.. Within that time, I only saw two patients (except for myself) be consulted by this Dr. When I finally did get to see this Dr, not only was this Dr rude. I am pregnant, and I asked if there was any assistance for morning sickness. I am 15 weeks pregnant and this Dr directly told me morning sickness stops at 12-13 weeks. NO EXCEPTIONS. You don't need to be a doctor to know that every pregnancy is different. The clinic itself is great, the reception staff are lovely as well as the other doctors. However this particular Dr is rude. I would definitely not recommend this Dr to anybody I know. Pregnant or not!
