Marino Meat and Food Store has a huge variety of italian staples and condiments but their butchery section is the reason that you go there. The butchers are all really friendly and ready to give advice if needed. The meat selection is large and you can see that it is excellent quality. They also offer a large variety of cured meats - I believe that they make their own proscuitto. If you're lucky they will have cooked a porchetta and will be selling it out the front in rolls...
