I've found gold. I was sick to death of buying meat from Coles that tasted like pure salt (hello they are pumping it full of saline to sell it for more) or was completely off and I would always discover this after I had cooked an entire meal and we were sitting down to eat. Now that I have found this gem there are no more ruined meals. The meat is amazing!! Everything tastes so good and more importantly is fresh! It has a nice friendly personal touch as the owners work there and they genuinely care about their customers! I will never buy meat from Coles again, and what's better is if you won't make it before they close (5:30pm) they are more than happy to leave your meat in the shop next door. How good is that! Such a huge selection of different products. Give them a go and you'll never go back!!
