It is not deserve even one star. I think this is worst saloon in 10 years that I tried .was Happy to pay money but did not receive good hair cut for that priced that I paid. please beware before you go for hair cut. I think I can do better hair cut in front of mirror by myself.
Worst Salon I've ever been to in my 36 years of life. Last week me and my family visited Adelaide for my mother's birthday. One afternoon my sister had the kids so hubby and I decided to go find a nice birthday gift for my mother. I was on an extremely good mood that day and I decided to treat myself a nice haircut. We walked past this salon and it looked pretty nice so we went in. Although their service was okay, the work was absolutely horrendous. Not only did I not get what I wanted (she messed up bad), but the worst part was my hairdresser (blond, long hair, in her late 50s I think) was extremely impatient and had a grumpy face the whole time. I understand she might have already had a long day, but is that a nice way to treat your customers? Just because someone won't be a potential return customer (I told her I was visiting from Queensland) doesn't mean she doesn't deserve a good service, let alone the fact that they're not cheap! Once you find a good hairdresser you stick with them... I've been seeing Michael at Marion Hair and Beauty for a few years now and am always happy with his work and the price.
On the downside the place can feel like a bit of a production line and the music is awfully loud, but I'll keep going for my favourite hairdresser!
Worst salon I have ever been too. It's like a hair factory. I was on holidays for the weekend for my brothers 40th bday on the Saturday night. I convinced my sister in law and I go there to get our hair done - by that I mean - blowdry (me) curls (sister in law). We were seen on time. I was told that my hair was green, bit unsure when I have med brown hair, anyway that they can fix that. No price quoted, but I thought a blowdry couldn't b more than $50-$60. They were drying my hair and proceeded to tell me when I get home I would recommend you change hairdressers as it's the worst hair cut they have seen. It makes me look 50. I'm in my mid 30's. The finale of this is I get to the front and I'm told that's $111!!!! What the!!!! Can u believe it!! I proceeded to tell them my unhappiness and there really wasn't any compassion or empathy from the management.
