Mario's Pizza On High

Worst customer service I have ever come across. We ordered a pizza and they start making it I take a look and they are not wearing gloves, I could clearly see that there was dirt under their nails very unclean shop as I sat down to wait I saw bugs on the floor. We politely ask for a refund and said no because they had already started preparing it. Anyway we will not recommend this place and will never go there again, we will take this issue further for health reasons.

I still cannot believe how rude the staff at Mario's was to me tonight. Each question I asked seemed to be met with annoyance that I was spending my money at Mario's Pizza. I was literally reprimanded for asking a question. "You just need to tell me your order" was the response I got when I asked how the large two pizza combination worked. I had to repeat everything at least twice not because of connection issue but because of the sardonic apathy of the person on the other line. And then when I got the pizza, the first slice had a 14 inch hair tangled between the cheese and olives.



NEVER AGAIN. I would much rather spend a few extra dollars at an establishment that actually cared one single bit about me and my money.
