Went to Marjax to buy steak for a BBQ to celebrate a son's 50th birthday. Was sold some Rib Fillet with the promise it was tender. Unfortunately it was so tough most at the BBQ didn't finish their steak. I will give them one more chance tomorrow with Eye Fillet and shall report the outcome.
