The best word to describe Mark Bridge is AMAZING! My partner went to Mark when he wanted to ask the big questIon and he was nothing short of incredible. He was polite and never seemed to care about him walking his cement covered boots into their beautiful store. I am now paying off my wedding band which he is custom making to suit my beautiful ring. Bridge has been there to guide my decisions the whole time with genuine care and thought. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

I recently had a ring re-sized and an earring made. I found the service to be outstanding and the work performed of very high standard. I would definately used Mack Bridge again.

Terrible customer service. This jeweller damaged my necklace and then refused to take responsibility, telling me to go back to the manufacturer! Very disappointed. Will not be using them again.
