My experience was pleasant enough to start with but as the cliche goes "never trust a car salesman" ended up being correct. I purchased a 2012 Triton in 2016 with full service history stamped by a Mitsubishi dealership up to 120,000 klm, I found out after my purchase that the dealership had no record of the services, called them because I had to replace the front shocks and disc brakes, oil, air filter etc which cost $2,000, anyway had no joy when I made a complaint, they said the vehicle was checked by their service people before the sale, but hard to believe considering it needed all the repairs I mentioned, oh well live and learn I suppose.
we totally refute the claims regarding mitsubishi srvice records...as they confirmed with us the vehicle was serviced there....under the motor dealers act the selling dealer must be given the first option for any warranty work which we were not given before you took it to your mechanic and spent money on servicing and brakes...a claim of $2000 without any receipts seemed rather expensive and suspicious,especially after the vehicle passed our workshop inspection...we have been trading for over 20 years with more than 15000 satisfied customers....it is with true regret you are not one of them....

I just wanted to say that I don't agree with Mark Gade's response to my review because firstly I called the Queensland Mitsubishi dealership and they had no record of Services being done, unfortunately I called them after purchasing the Triton. I did provide Mark Gade the $2,000 receipts and photos of my mechanics work on the Triton for worn brakes, discs, replacement of shock absorbers etc, Mark Gade's response was that my mechanic was taking advantage of me, well I was there to see for myself and I took photos of the brakes and shock absorbers and sent them to Mark....anyway my son has also learnt a lesson in this, always check first, take the time to have an independent mechanic check before buying, hindsight is a beautiful thing.....
I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Mark Gade Automobiles. Maria is always friendly and helpful over the phone and Phil's a top bloke!
I was concerned about some damage to the rear trim in the car I wanted to purchase, so Phil organised to have it replaced free of charge.
They also delivered my car to me in Newcastle for free, thanks Graham!

I think the Mark Gade Automobiles is a real Australian company which has been running by real people. I have found this Pajero on Carsales network and it was quite hard to believe as a genuine ad. Because of the price advertised was very low compared to the current market. It was obvious scam to anybody. But soon I will speak with Mark Gade teams on other end of phone, I gained some confident to leave a deposit and book the air ticket to Sydney for physically unseen car. Next day me and my 8 years old daughter sure did some hard yak and cached the flight from Melbourne to Sydney to a pick up this car.

The last time I was searching for a reliable used vehicle, I called Mark Gade automobiles. Within a few days, Mark had found exactly what I was looking for. The vehicle, a BF Falcon wagon on factory gas was in great condition and the price was better than I expected. Mark traded in my Subaru Outback for a fair price and I was back in business with a super reliable vehicle that's turned out cheaper to run than the Subaru. I highly recommend Mark Gade automobiles for anyone looking for used vehicle in top condition.
